Established in 1978 in Abu Dhabi under the name Kamil Damaj – Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, the firm expanded with licenses in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. In 2017, it was renamed Independent Auditing, and in 2022, it adopted its current legal structure and name: M&K Auditing and Consulting Services LLC.
